It is the philosophy of the Sempervirens Republic that communications is the key to peace and understanding among nations. Since communications is the key, the Sempervirens Republic will establish relations with all willing nations with the understanding that such a relationship is intended to allow communications, but does not represent an automatic endorsement or support of the policies, philosophies, or actions of any nation.
